I am a pastoral leader with more than three decades of local-church ministry experience spanning worship, youth ministry, preaching and teaching, discipleship, pastoral care, missions, leadership development and church administration.
My ministry journey has developed progressively — from Worship Leader and Youth Pastor to Lead Pastor — with each season teaching me more about serving people and stewarding the responsibility of spiritual leadership.
I seek to lead with biblical conviction, spiritual sensitivity, humility, compassion and courage.

My pastoral formation has taken place primarily through decades of practical local-church ministry, mentorship, leadership responsibility and service.
I was shaped significantly through the ministry mentorship of my late father, Rev. Kenneth Pinto, and through years of hands-on experience serving God's people.

Credentials
Ordained for pastoral ministry
I was ordained as an Ordained Minister by the Assemblies of Zion on 11 December 2010, following examination of calling, qualification and commitment to serve our Lord Jesus Christ.
This ordination affirmed the sacred work of pastoral ministry and the responsibility to preach, teach, care for God's people and lead with biblical authority under the authority of Scripture.
Ordination is not a title to wear lightly; it is a stewardship that shapes every season of service, every sermon prepared and every person shepherded.
