First Assembly of Zion Ministries, India

Following the passing of Rev. Kenneth Pinto, I assumed responsibility for pastoral leadership and the ongoing ministry of the congregation.

Pastoral Leadership — Provided spiritual and pastoral leadership for the congregation, helping guide ministry direction and church life.
Preaching & Teaching — Preached and taught God's Word and led congregational worship, prayer and ministry in a Bible-centered and Spirit-filled environment.
Congregational Care — Walked alongside individuals and families through personal, relational and marriage-related challenges.
Leadership Development — Mentored, equipped and developed ministry leaders through accountability, delegation and practical ministry involvement.
Church Structure — Established clearer ministry responsibilities, organisational structures and leadership accountability across departments.
Life Events — Provided pastoral ministry through baby dedications, marriages, funerals and other significant moments in the lives of families.

My early years of ministry were shaped through worship, youth ministry, discipleship and practical service in the local church.

Worship Ministry — Led worship and helped cultivate Christ-centered, prayerful and Spirit-led congregational ministry.
Youth Ministry — Led youth ministry and conducted youth camps designed to help young people know Christ and grow in their daily walk with Him.
Discipleship — Mentored young people toward spiritual maturity, leadership development and active participation in church life.
Leadership Formation — Learned the importance of serving, teamwork, accountability, preparation and developing others for ministry.
