30+ years
When Rev. Kenneth Pinto passed away in 2014, I stepped into pastoral leadership of First Assembly of Zion Ministries and cared for the congregation through a season of grief and change — preaching weekly, restoring stability and keeping the church united in mission until 2022.
Teams built
Ministry departments were given clear responsibilities, accountability and structure, and volunteers were mentored into worship, youth, prayer and outreach leadership so that the church no longer depended on a single pastor.
Next generation
From 1992 I led worship and youth ministry, running youth camps and discipleship groups that walked young people from first faith into serving roles — several of whom continue in ministry and church leadership today.
Beyond our walls
Gospel outreach across South India, Bible and leadership conferences for pastors in India and abroad, and pastors' fellowships built for unity and cooperation across the wider Body of Christ.
